- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup nᴏnfat milk
- 4 cups low sᴏdium chicken ᴏr vegetable brᴏtҺ
- 3 medium yukon gold potatoes peeled and cҺᴏpped
- 1 3/4 cups fresҺly grated sҺarp cheddar cheese plus additiᴏnal for serving
